MAY, M. Jean (nee Burk) – surrounded by her loving family at the Delhi Long Term Care Home on Saturday, October 11th, 2014 in her 84th year.  Beloved wife of the late Alan May (2012).  Cherished mother of Roger May (Dianne) of Simcoe, Betty Karnes (late Ralph) of Delhi, Gary May (Ruth Ann) of St. Thomas and Larry May (Terri) of Guelph.  Loving grandmother and great grandmother of Trevor (Jennifer), their children Sawyer, Madyson & Carter;  Jason (Sue), their children Ayla, Tyia, Emma, Noah & Bella;  Peter (Staci), their children Logan, Linken & Liam;  Derek (Catherine), their children Kyler & Takiya;  Monika;  and Chanon, her daughter Libbee.  Jean will be sadly missed by her brother Harvey Burk (Florence) of Brantford and by her many nieces, nephews & extended family.  Predeceased by her parents, the late Archie & Elsie Burk and by a sister Marion Slade.  At Jean’s request, a private family visitation and funeral service will be held at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. N.
