BAILEY, Walter “Frank” – surrounded by his loving family, at the Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home, Simcoe on Monday, September 8th, 2014 in his 87th year.  Predeceased by his beloved wife, the late Margie Bailey (nee Wemp).  Loving father of Wayne Bailey of Simcoe and Kevin Bailey (Leslie) of Welland.  Cherished grandfather & great grandfather of Samantha Bailey and her son Tyler.  Frank was a dedicated employee of Canadian Tire, Simcoe for 50 years.  At the families request all services will be held privately on Amherst Island at a later date.  The JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe in care of arrangements.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Frank are asked to consider the Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home.  The family wish to extend a special thanks to Dr. Paul Kursell and all the staff of the Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home, Simcoe.  Thank you for the wonderful care and compassion shown to our father during his final days.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
