BUTLER, Mary Christinne (nee Duxbury) November 30, 1926 - July 28, 2013 – passed away at the Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home, Simcoe on Sunday, July 28th, 2013 in her 87th year.  Beloved wife of the late Murray Butler (1993).  Loving mother of Roy Butler, Cliff Butler (Debbie), Deana Hill (Dan), all of Simcoe, Lorri Strobridge (Frank) of Port Dover and Fred Butler of Simcoe.  Cherished grandmother & great grandmother of Mike Sims (Alisha), children Wesley & Rachael;  Greg Sims (Angie), children Krystin, Marya, Marissa, Calie & Temperance;  Anthony Crotta (Riley), daughter Maddy;  Kevin Crotta (Becky), children Paige & Payton;  Julie Ferlisi (Cary), daughter Laura;  Donnie Strobridge (Roxanne), children Jack & Wyatt;  and Christie MacKenzie (Pete), children Jesse & Charlie.  Mary will lovingly remembered by her brother Dean Dempster (Barb) of Oakville as well as by several nieces, nephews & extended family.  Predeceased by an infant son Ken and by her siblings Lorraine Bothwright & Robert Duxbury.  Mary was a founding member, past president and life member of N.A.C.L. (Norfolk Association for Community Living).  She was a founding member of the Simcoe Friendship Festival and a very accomplished reporter with the Simcoe Reformer, Hamilton Spectator and Brantford radio station.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Mary with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Monday, July 29th, 2013 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.  A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday morning at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
