HACHEY, Monika (nee Sauerwald)  1946 - 2012 – surrounded by her loving family at her home in Simcoe on Thursday, August 2nd, 2012 in her 66th year.  Beloved wife and best friend of Claude Hachey of Simcoe.  Cherished daughter of Ursula Sauerwald and her late husband William.  Loving mother of Charles Hachey of Simcoe, Ingrid Ugolini-Burke of Port Dover, Michael Hache (Kathy) of Walsh, Tanny Hache (S.A.) of Simcoe, Barb Burke of Brantford, Jaime Hachey (Cassandra DeVos) of Simcoe, Andre Burke (Karen Crosier) of Delhi and Neal Hachey (Sherry) of Simcoe.  Lovingly remembered by 17 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and many extended family.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Monika with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Tuesday, August 7th, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.  Monika’s funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday morning at 11:00 a.m. with LPM.
