It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Adriaan Vander Schee, who passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on October 22nd, 2025, at the age of 83 in Simcoe, Ontario. Born in De Lier, Netherlands on June 27th, 1942, he was the loving father of Diane (Gary) Yuhasz, David (Gloria) VanderSchee, Brian (Ed) VanderSchee, Stephanie (Darren) Van Zon, Lindsay (Kory) Horton, Steven (Anna) VanderSchee; a loving grandfather to Marc, Luke (Ruth), Isaac, Nicholas, Lindsay (Riley), Jared, Calvin, Tanner (Victoria), Mackenzie(Steven), Caitlyn, Abby (Dylan), Sydney, Kaleb, Owen, Hailey, Bobbi-Jo, Wyatt; a loving great grandfather to Aspen, Grayson, Madalynne, and Matthias. Andy will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his emphasis on the importance of family, and his love of having fun. Friends are invited to share their memories of Adriaan with his family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Friday, October 24th, 2025 from 11:30-1:30 p.m.  A funeral service will follow in the chapel at 1:30p.m..
