Bonnie DIXON

DIXON, Bonnie Faye (nee Anderson) – with a broken heart, Bonnie has been promoted to Glory where her faith has become sight.  Leaving behind her husband of almost 22 years, Wayne Dixon of Simcoe.  Loving mother of Mike Kekes (Lorna) of Renton and Chris Kekes of Cambridge.  Cherished grandmother & great grandmother of Greg (Emily), children Hannah, Ben & Ethan; Bethany Moser (Stuart), Larissa Di Giorgio (Roman), son Jack and Rebecca Kekes.  Bonnie will be lovingly remembered by Wayne’s family; his children Carrie-Anne Dixon, children Alex & Izzy;  Richard Dixon (Joanne), children Paul & Megan; Corey Dixon (Daniella), children Hunter, Hannah, Faith, Lexi & Lucas; Scott Dixon; and Emmy Downs (Chris), children Bryson & Paisley-Grace.  Bonnie will be sadly missed by her sister-in-law Mary Jane Kekes of Delhi.  Predeceased by her first husband Joe Kekes; by her parents Archie & Dorothy Anderson and by her brother Harry Anderson (Marilyn) of Tillsonburg.  Bonnie will be dearly missed by her friends at Emmanuel Bible Church, Bethel Baptist Church, Triple C Bible Camp, Wycliffe Bible Translators, Odosagih Bible Conference and Simcoe Kinettes.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Bonnie with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Friday, October 24th, 2025 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  Bonnie’s homegoing service will be held at Bethel Baptist Church, 4059 Hwy#3 East Simcoe on Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m.  Pastor Al Feere officiating.  Private interment:  Oakwood Cemetery, Simcoe.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Bonnie are asked to consider the Bethel Baptist Academy or the Norfolk-Haldimand Community Hospice.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
