LLOYD, George "Shawn"

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of George "Shawn" Lloyd on October 6, 2025, at Juravinski Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 62. Shawn was a proud and devoted father to Carlee Lloyd (Cody) and Kristie (Derek) Wirth. Beloved son of George and Deanna Lloyd. Predeceased by his sister Kelly Lloyd. He is survived by his sister Sue Ann Kalle and cherished niece Ava Kalle. Shawn will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by his extended family and many dear friends, including his four legged companion Bud. A true outdoorsman at heart, Shawn found joy and purpose in farming, hunting, and fishing. His love for nature and the land was matched only by his dedication to those he cared about. Cremation has taken place, and a private family service was held. A celebration of Shawn’s life will be announced at a later date.
