HOUSE, Jeremy Ernest – surrounded by his loving family at the Hamilton General Hospital on Saturday, September 6th, 2025 in his 48th year.  Beloved husband of Hillary House (nee Gowanlock) of Scotland.  Cherished son Susan & Ernie House of Scotland. Loving brother of Julianne Krentz (Joe) of Manitoba.  Dear uncle & great uncle to Hope & Joey (Becky), their children Jax & Charlie.  Jeremy will be lovingly remembered by Hillary’s family, her mom Donna Gowanlock (late Jeff); her grandmother Elaine Haskett and by her siblings Aaron (Breanne) & Heather Samborski (Ed) & families.  Predeceased by his grandparents Bob & Helen Haggith and Elwon & Helen House.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Jeremy with his family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Wednesday, September 10th, 2025 from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.  A celebration of life will follow visitation at the Simcoe Legion, Branch 79 after 5:00 p.m.  Private interment of ashes at a later date.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Jeremy are asked to consider the Simcoe & District Humane Society.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
