DE VRYE, Andre “Andy” – peacefully at his home, promoted to the loving arms of his Lord & Saviour on Sunday, July 13th, 2025 in his 91st year.  Beloved husband of 67+ years to Frances De Vrye (nee Baguley) of Simcoe.  Loving father of David De Vrye of Simcoe, Rick De Vrye (Christine) of Waterloo, Lorraine De Vrye (John Nawrocky) of Hamilton, Annette Cowper (Stephen) and Sheila Bissoon (Steve Nelson), both of Simcoe.  Cherished grandfather & great grandfather of Scott; Brady (Michelle), his children Jaiden, Jakub, Joshua & Karalei;  Aric (Christian), daughters Max & Sunny; Duke (Megan); Rosanne (Fred); the late Zachary; Michael (Haeley); Sydney (Chris); Tamaira; Jessy & Andre.  Dear brother of the late Paula Van Ojen (late Ken). Rosa De Vrye of Toronto, Astrid Desplenter (late Joe) of Tillsonburg and the late Denise Spriet (Celest) of Langton.  Sadly missed by Fran’s sisters Wilma DuMoulin (late Jim) & Wanda Nelson (Monte).  Lovingly remembered by nieces, nephews & extended family.  Predeceased by his parents the late Maurice & Maria De Vrye.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Andy with his family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Thursday, July 17th, 2025 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  A funeral service will be held from the Simcoe Gospel Chapel, 4152 Hwy#3 East, Simcoe on Friday morning at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Noah Vart officiating.  Interment:  Walsh United Cemetery.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Andy are asked to consider the Simcoe Gospel Chapel or the Simcoe & District Humane Society.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
