Death Notices

RATCH, Pearl Elizabeth (nee Emre) – surrounded by her loving family, at her home in Delhi on Friday, July 11th, 2025 in her 84th year.  Beloved wife of the late Lloyd Ratch (2013).  Loving mother of Daniel Ratch (Cheri) of Delhi and David Ratch of Simcoe.  Cherished grandmother & great grandmother of Eric (Maghan), their children Grayson & Abigail;  and Craig (Meagan).  Lovingly remembered by her sister Irene Wanner (late Bruce) of Kitchener.  Predeceased by her parents, the late Mike & Bessie Emre and by her brother Michael Emre.  A private family interment will be held at the Delhi Cemetery.  The JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe in care of arrangements.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Pearl are asked to consider the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
