REIMER, John Peter – went home to be with his Lord & Saviour on Saturday, May 10th, 2025 in his 92nd year.  Beloved husband of Helen Reimer (2020).  Loving father of Lorna Loepp (Norman), Stan Reimer (Kelly) and Teresa Weir (Robin 2022).  Cherished Opa to Caitlyn (Jordan), Olivia and Leah.  Lovingly remembered by his siblings Helen Bergen (Henry), Orville Reimer, Henry Reimer (late Carole); and by his sister-in-law Betty Ann Reimer (late Peter).  Predeceased by his parents, Peter & Anna Reimer and infant sister Mary.  Friends are invited to share their memories of John with his family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Tuesday, May 13th, 2025 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and again on Wednesday morning at Emmanuel Bible Church, 24 Churchill Circle, Simcoe from 10:00 –10:45 a.m.  John’s homegoing service will be held in the church sanctuary at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Andrew Bunner officiating.  Interment to follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Simcoe.  Those wishing to donate in memory of John are asked to consider Emmanuel Bible Church or Tribal Trails.
