BULL, Deborah Winnifred “Debbie” – suddenly as a result of a tragic accident near Callander, Ontario on Monday, April 7th, 2025 in her 71st year.  Cherished mother of Niki Proctor (late Scott Morris) of Simcoe, their children Cierra & Cassidy;  Aprille Proctor (Chris Gagnon) of St. Williams, children Madison & Kobie and Shari Proctor (James Hagar) of Kapuskasing, children Alex & Jaxon.  Dear sister of Bob Bull (Linda) of Hamiton.  Lovingly remembered by her special friend & companion Doug Tisdale and by several nieces, nephews & extended family.  Predeceased by brothers, the late Jim Bull (Rose) of Stoney Creek and the late Ernie Bull (late Lucy).  Debbie was a wonderful women who made family the centre of her universe.  As a devoted mother and cherished nana, she always brought joy and laughter to her family.  Predeceased by her parents, the late Gordon & Winnifred Bull.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Debbie with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Monday, April 28th, 2025 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  A private interment of ashes will be held at a later date.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Debbie are asked to consider the Simcoe & District Humane Society.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
