STEWART, Judith Yvonne “Judy” - peacefully, at the Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home, Simcoe on Tuesday, December 31st, 2024 with her daughter by her side.  Beloved mother and Gram of Lorie Walker, her daughter Cass; Steffani Hemsley (Drew), their children Kari, Nick, Travis and Olivia; John-Paul Stewart; and Kari's children Brinley and Clinton.  Sister of Michael Crabb (Barbara) and John Crabb (Joan).  Judy was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church Simcoe where her parents - the former Irene Wentworth (1999), the Minister's daughter, and Jack Crabb (1987), the Sunday School Superintendent's son - met and married.  Judy loved creating art, making music and playing team sports.  Whether she was teaching students how to make puppets, musicians how to play the Carillon bells or adult women how to get a Fresh Start, her skills and enthusiasm shone through.  She will be sorely missed by all whose lives she touched.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Judy with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Sunday, January 5th, 2025 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.  Judy’s funeral service will be held at First Baptist Church, 129 Young St. Simcoe on Friday, January 10th, 2025 (Note Date) at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Darrell Maguire officiating.  Interment:  Oakwood Cemetery, Simcoe.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Judy are asked to consider First Baptist Church.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
