GALE, Eileen May (nee Watson) – passed away at the Norview Lodge Nursing Home, Simcoe on Thursday, October 17th, 2024 in her 95th year.  Beloved wife of the late Robert “Bob” Gale (2015).  Loving mother of Bob Gale (Irene) of Oakville and Kim Palermo (Gino) of Port Dover.  Cherished grandmother & great grandmother of Laurel Gale (CJ Hynds), children Lucas & Hunter;  Matt Palermo (Meghan), sons Jack & Jude;  and Andrea Palermo (Nick Millard), children Ezra & Heath.  A private family graveside service will be held at Port Dover Cemetery at a later date.  The JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe in care of arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, those wishing to donate in memory of Eileen are asked to consider the Alzheimer’s Society of H-N.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
