WARRIS, Barry Wayne - passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Wednesday, July 17th, 2024 in his 73rd year.  Beloved husband of Mary Warris (nee Alger) of Simcoe.  Loving father & grandfather of Michelle Maltais (Stephen) of Port Dover, children Sadie & Lily; the late Jason Warris (2003); and Shawn Warris of Simcoe, his son Jaxson O’Donnell-Warris.  Barry will be lovingly remembered by his siblings Carolyn Crockett (late Rick) of London, the late Brenda Harris, Judy Wills (Percy) of Tillsonburg, Darla Shortt (Walter) of Huntsville, Tracy Ward (Phil) of Eden, Frank Warris (Jo-Ann) of Delhi, the late David Warris and Randy Warris of Cambridge.  Lovingly remembered by nieces, nephews & extended family.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Barry with his family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation of Monday, July 22nd, 2024 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday morning at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Stephen Sesink officiating.  Interment:  Oakwood Cemetery, Simcoe.  Those wishing to donate in Barry’s memory are asked to consider the Evergreen Heights Christian Fellowship.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
