SMITH, Helen Lillian (nee Brown) – promoted to the loving arms of her Lord & Saviour;  surrounded by family at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Tuesday, November 28th, 2023 in her 92nd year.  Beloved wife of Ralph Smith of Renton.  Loving mother of Brian Smith (Janice) of Simcoe, Sharon DeBoer (Charlie) of Hagersville, Sheila Fletcher (Jon) and Lorna Kekes (Mike), both of Renton.  Cherished grandmother & great grandmother of Heather (Ian), children Meredith, Carolyn & Vivian;  BJ (Kailee); daughter Jordana;  Tom (Kathy), son Reggie;  Katie (Doug), children Jacob, Evelyn, Molly & Grace;  Emma (Luke);  Lauren;  Will;  Greg (Emily), children Hannah & Ben;  Bethany (Stuart);  and Larissa (Roman).  Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews and extended family.  Predeceased by her son-in-law Richard Foglton (1997) and by siblings Lourine Lloyd (late Frank), Veeda Broughton (late Wray), Jean Wardell (late Allan), Dorothy Furler (late Vince) and Bruce Brown (Shirley).  Friends are invited to share their memories of Helen with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Thursday, November 30th, 2023 from 2:00 – 4:00 & 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  A private family interment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery, Waterford prior to Helen’s homegoing service which will be held at Emmanuel Bible Church, 24 Churchill Circle, Simcoe on Friday morning at 11:00 a.m. with Dr. Larry Johnson & Pastor Andrew Bunner officiating.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Helen are asked to consider the Christian Service Centre or ShareWord (formerly Gideons).  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
