ORMEROD, Sydney Ann (nee Clarke) – was reunited with the love of her life on Saturday, November 18th, 2023 in her 64th year.  Beloved wife of the late John A. Ormerod (2020).  Cherished daughter of Shirley Hill of Townsend.  Loving mother & grandmother of Johnny Ormerod (Sarah) of St. Williams, their children Ella & Brea;  and Carly Meade (Ryan) of Charlotteville, their children Emerson, Dexton, Carter & Ayla.  Dear sister to Pam O’Connor (Rick) of BC, and sister-in-law to Beth Ormerod (Rick) of Dundas.  Syd leaves behind her two best furry friends Bodie and Dozer, who will miss their long walks, and daily cuddles.  A private interment of ashes will be held at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted to the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North, Simcoe.  In lieu of flowers, those wishing to donate in memory of Sydney are asked to consider the Simcoe & District Humane Society.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
