SHERMAN, “Chuck” Charles Richard – it is with heavy hearts that we announce Chuck’s peaceful passing at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Thursday, September 7th, 2023 in his 74th year.  Cherished son of Marion Sherman (late Charles - 1986) of Vittoria.  Loving brother of Darlene Sherman and Cheryl-Ann Robinson (late Mark - 2019).  Dear uncle to Jim Harding (Dorothy).  Chuck will be lovingly remembered by his niece Melanie Covey (Jason), children Carter & Caliann and by his nephew Jared Robinson (Savannah), their daughter Josie Ella Jean as well as by several cousins and many very good friends.  Predeceased by his grandmother Rose Cooper (1987) and by Ray & Jean Harding.  Chuck’s passion was fly fishing, riding his mountain bike and enjoying the great outdoors.  A private interment of ashes will be held at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted to the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North, Simcoe.  In lieu of flowers, those wishing to donate in memory of Chuck are asked to consider the Who Did It Club, the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of one’s choice.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
