WESTBROOK, E. Leslie – passed away at the Hardy Terrace Long Term Care Home, Mt. Pleasant on Wednesday, September 6th, 2023 in his 92nd year.  Beloved husband of the late Janet (nee Lefler) Westbrook (2017).  Loving father of the late Richard Westbrook (2018), his wife Cindy; and Debbie Vanhooren, both of Waterford.  Cherished grandfather & great grandfather of Krystal Neidrauer (Josh), children Karina & Mason; Andrew Westbrook, Kyle Vanhooren and Shanaya Vanhooren (fiancé Justin Riddell).  Dear brother to Ted Westbrook (Dianne) of Wilsonville.  Lovingly remembered by nieces, nephews & extended family.  Predeceased by his brothers Mervyn & Ronald Westbrook.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Leslie with his family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Tuesday, September 12th, 2023 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.  A funeral service will follow in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
