 HOFGRAFF, Linda Louise (nee MacDonald) Born October 29th, 1942 passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the Norfolk General Hospital on Tuesday, August 29th, 2023 in her 81st, year.  Loving wife and partner of 60 years to John Hofgraff of Vittoria and beloved mother of Tia McGraff (Tommy) of Port Rowan and Tammy Holliday (Dick) of St. Williams.  Loving grandma to Meghan (Luke), Melanie & Macy.  Proud Nana to her great-granddaughters Miranda & Olive.  Linda is Survived by her brother Brent MacDonald.  Predeceased by her Siblings Brock, Trudy & Nancy.  Also survived by several nieces and nephews.  Linda’s passion for teaching included: Fisherville, North  & Doverwood, public school.  In 1969 John & Linda purchased and developed Pine Valley Golf Club in Vittoria.  Linda’s numerous talents and attributes include: playing piano, poetry writing, art & providing a constant source of love and support to her family.  Linda’s family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate care heroes of the 3rd and 4th floors at NGH, and a special thank you to Dr. Thorogood for his steady devotion.  The Family will be holding a private gathering at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe.  A private interment at Port Dover Cemetery will take place.   In lieu of flowers, those wishing to donate in memory of Linda are asked to consider the Alzheimer’s Society of H-N.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
