Keith RUMBLE

RUMBLE, Keith Gordon - surrounded by his loving family at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Monday, August 7th, 2023 in his 96th year.  Beloved husband of the late Doreen (nee Lounsbury) Rumble (2015) and Doris (nee Steinhoff) Rumble of Simcoe.  Loving father of Gregory Rumble (Susan) of London and Laurie Birch (Seamus Vallely) of Hamilton.  Cherished grandfather and great grandfather of Jennifer Rumble (Jason Frolow), children Nathan and Olivia; Elizabeth Bierbaum (Colin), children Avery and Ella; Graham Rumble (Jessica), children Callista, Quinn and Alora; Joanna Birch (Shomari Giscombe), children Elijah and Dakota; Braden Birch; Kate McKenzie (Chris), daughter Briar; and Ciaran Vallely.  Keith will also be lovingly remembered by his niece Carrie Ball (Ron) and family, and by Doris’ children Colin Campbell (Lenore), Paul Campbell (Lynn), Gary Campbell (Suzanne) and Hugh Campbell (Denise) and their extended families.  Predeceased by his parents Gretta (nee Collard) and Herschel Rumble; sister Doris Shelp (late Everett); and nieces Marie and Marsha Shelp.  Keith had many passions throughout the years, including singing as a member of the Simcoe Gentleman of Harmony, exploring the world through travel, driving for senior support, and playing cards. He always provided an important and supportive role in his children’s, grandchildren’s and great grandchildren’s lives.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Keith with his family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North, Simcoe for visitation on Friday, August 11th, 2023 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.  A funeral service will follow in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Darrell Maguire officiating.
