KONKIN, Marion “Jean” (nee Dixon) - passed away at Juravinski Hospital, Hamilton, on Tuesday, July 25th, 2023 in her 77th year.  Beloved wife of the Late Jacob “Jake” Konkin (2007).  Loving mother of Joel Konkin (Alissa) of Hamilton.  Cherished grandmother of Reeve & Cole.  Dear sister of Barbara Small of Simcoe, Marie Earl of Port Stanley, and Don Dixon of Port Dover. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.  Predeceased by sister Carol Kowalsky (1983).  Jean was a member of the Simcoe Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.  A private interment service will be held at the Port Dover Cemetery on Saturday, August 19th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.  A public memorial service will take place at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 692 Queensway West, Simcoe on Sunday, August 20th, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.  If desired, donations can my made to www.jw.org.  The JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe in care of arrangements.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
