MACADAM, William Allister “Bill” – formerly of Northside East Bay, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, more recently Nanticoke, Ontario, passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Friday, May 26th, 2023 in his 71st year.  Beloved husband of Holly MacAdam (nee Knowles) of Nanticoke.  Loving father & grandfather of Kristina MacAdam of Sault Ste. Marie, her children Brook & Autumn;  and Bradley MacAdam (Karri) of Sault Ste. Marie, children Taylor, Tyson, Tristian & Tabitha.  Lovingly remembered by Holly’s children, Jeremy Nesbitt & Amanda Nesbitt, both of Nanticoke.  Bill will be dearly missed by his siblings, Brenda Murphy (Adrian) of Northside East Bay, Sheila Walker of Sydney, Michelle MacAdam of Northside East Bay, the late Allan MacAdam, Michael MacAdam (Sylvia) of Northside East Bay, Kevin MacAdam (Darlene) of Northside East Bay and Ian MacAdam (Cheryl) of Coldwater.  Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews & extended family.  A private family interment of ashes will be held at a later date.  The JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe in care of arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, those wishing to donate in memory of Bill are asked to consider the Canadian Cancer Society.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
