CRONKWRIGHT, Mary Lou (nee Hatton) – surrounded by her loving family, at her home on Saturday, April 15th, 2023 in her 87th year.  Beloved wife of Robert “Bert” Cronkwright of Windham Centre.  Loving mother of Diane Bakos (Randy Goudeseune) of Delhi, Teresa Van Parys (Barry Davidson) of Lady Smith, BC; Leslie Bailey (Kevin) of Welland and Richelle Jopling of Port Dover.  Cherished grandmother of Carrie (Ryan);  Ashley (Marc);  Britnee (Markus); Coulter (Krystal-Lee);  Dylan (Claudia) & Harriet (Matthew).  Dear sister of Dannie Palen (late Merv) of Tillsonburg and Roberta McMurchy (Jim) of Otterville.  Lovingly remembered by nieces, nephews & extended family.  Predeceased by her sister Janice Palen (late Murray).  Friends are invited to share their memories of Mary Lou with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North  Simcoe for visitation on Wednesday, April 19th, 2023 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m.  A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday morning at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Steve Woods officiating.  Private Interment:  Windham Centre Cemetery.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Mary Lou are asked to consider Ronald McDonald House, the War Amps or Boston Baptist Church.  Special thanks to all of Mary Lou’s caregivers for their kindness & compassion during her final days.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
