Death Notices

COPPING, Cathleen Elizabeth (nee Philip) – surrounded by her loving family at her home in St. Williams on Friday, March 3rd, 2023 in her 73rd year.  Cherished wife of Frank Copping of St. Williams.  Loving mother & grandmother of Brenda Copping of Montreal and Sheila Copping of London, her daughter Raine.  Cathleen will be lovingly remembered by her siblings Christine Parker (Les) of Pine Grove, Bill Philip (Awaz) of Oshawa, Rodney Philip (Colleen) of Simcoe and Stewart Philip (Jill) of Vittoria.  Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews & extended family.  A private family visitation will be held at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe.  A private interment of ashes will follow at a later date.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Cathleen are asked to consider the Pancreatic Research Foundation or the Cancer Support & Resource Program.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
