FITZGERALD, Patricia Ann (nee Maenhaut) – after a 5 year battle with cancer, Trish passed away surrounded by her loving family at the Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2022 in her 48th year.  Beloved wife of Sean Fitzgerald of Port Ryerse.  Loving, devoted mother of Sam & Ben.  Cherished daughter of Raymond & Helen Maenhaut of Vittoria.  Dear sister of Pamela Maenhaut (Chris) of Fort Erie.  Sadly missed by Sean’s father Carl Fitzgerald (Wendy) of Walsh.  Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews & extended family.  Trish was a proud employee of Picard Peanuts for more than 27 years and considered everyone at work friends and family.  A private family visitation will be held at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe.  A public celebration of life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion – Branch 79 Simcoe on Friday, December 9th, 2022 from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.  Personal reflections will be shared at 3:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, those wishing to donate in memory of Trish are asked to consider the Juravinski Cancer Centre and/or the Who Did It Club of Simcoe.
