RODGERS, James Spencer “Jamie” – surrounded by his loving family at his home on Tuesday, September 27th, 2022 in his 59th year.  Cherished husband of Lori Rodgers (nee Mattice) of Simcoe.  Loving father of Nathan of Simcoe.  Dear son of Wray & Saundra Rodgers of Simcoe.  Jamie will be sadly missed by his sister Andrea Matecsa (John) of Simcoe, their children Zoie & Perin.  Lovingly remembered by Lori’s family, her father Robert Mattice (late Marilynne) of Hamilton; by her siblings Kathy Lovering (Henry) of Cayuga, Robert Mattice (Deb) and Sharon McDonald (Donnie), all of Hamilton; and by many nieces, nephews & extended family.  A private interment will be held at Oakwood Cemetery, Simcoe.  A public celebration of life will follow at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted to the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North, Simcoe.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Jamie are asked to consider the Norfolk General Hospital Foundation, the Simcoe Lions or Kidney Cancer Canada.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
