Death Notices

CHRISTIAN, Mary Josephine (nee Maes) – passed away at her home on Wednesday, September 14th, 2022 in her 84th year.  Beloved wife of the late Allan Schram (2022).  Loving mother & grandmother of Tim Christian of Simcoe, children Jenny Blakemore, Curtis, Cody & Sean;  Barry Christian of Simcoe;  Tonya Schram (Jim Green) of BC, children Casey & Kyle; and the late Brian Christian.  Mary will be lovingly remembered by her brothers Julian Maes (Maida) of Hudson Bay, SK and Jerry Maes (late Linda) of Vittoria.  Sadly missed by nieces, nephews & extended family.  A private family interment of ashes will take place at a later date.  The JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North, Simcoe in care of arrangements.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Mary are asked to consider a charity of one’s choice.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
