CORREIA, Maria de Jesus (nee Rodrigues) 1925-2022 – passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Wednesday, June 22nd, 2022 in her 97th year.  Beloved wife of the late Manuel Correia (2002).  Loving mother of Maria N. Fernandes (late Manuel), Zilia Almeida (Eugenio), Maria F. Pereira (Luciano), Pedro Correia (Armanda), all of Simcoe;  Manuel Correia (Maria) of Portugal, Antonio Correia of Hamilton, and the late Julia Correia (1987) and Luis Correia (2022).  Cherished grandmother to many grandchildren & great grandchildren.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Maria with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Friday, June 24th, 2022 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  Parish prayers will be said Friday evening at 7:00 p.m.  A Mass of Christian burial will be held from St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 211 Union St. Simcoe on Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr.
