ELLIOTT, Mary Lou (nee Kelly)  1931-2022 - passed away at the Norview Lodge, Simcoe on Thursday, April 7th, 2022 in her 91st year.  Beloved wife of the late Eldon Thomson (1963) and the late Andrew Elliott (2002).  Loving mother of David Thomson of Simcoe, Kelly Wingrove (Don) of Simcoe and Ron Elliott (Leslie) of Michigan.  Cherished grandma & great grandma of Laura (Ryan), Andrew (Rachel) and Peter (Kat), children Tyler & Logan.  Mary Lou will be lovingly remembered by nieces, nephews & extended family.  Predeceased by siblings Margaret Rowden, Ruth Missinnie, George McDade, Jack Kelly and Robert Kelly.  Mary Lou was a huge fan of all Toronto sports team including the Leafs, Blue Jays & Raptors.  A private funeral was held at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe N3Y 3R3.  Private interment:  Oakwood Cemetery, Simcoe.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Mary Lou are asked to consider the Diabetes Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.  Special thanks to the caring staff of Norview Lodge (Evergreen Lane) for your wonderful care & compassion during Mary Lou’s stay.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com  (519) 426-0199
