Death Notices

BLANK, Carl - passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Thursday, March 10th, 2022 in his 70th year.  Beloved husband of Lorraine Blank (nee Ogden) of Simcoe.  Loving father & grandfather Dennis Blank (Laura Keats) of Barrie, children Benjamin & Bryson;  and Adam Blank of Mississauga, daughter Chloe.  Lovingly remembered by his brother Ralph Blank (Maria) of Whitby.  Carl will be sadly missed by nieces, nephews & extended family.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Carl with his family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe on Wednesday, March 16th, 2022 from 1:00 – 1:45 p.m.  A memorial service will follow in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Ron Mullin officiating.  Private interment of ashes at a later date.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Carl are asked to consider the Royal Canadian Legion – Branch 79 Simcoe.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
