GUTHRIE, Marilyn Gertrude (nee Griffiths) 1931-2022 - passed away at the Norview Lodge Nursing Home, Simcoe on Monday, January 31st, 2022 in her 91st year.  Beloved wife of the late Henry Petker (1998) and James Guthrie (2021).  Loving mother of Bill Petker (Doreen) and Donna Cullimore (Dave), both of Simcoe.  Cherished grandmother & great grandmother of Stefanie McLeod (Glen), children Leah & Evan;  Natasha Knack (Ryan Michael);  Adam Cullimore (Crystal), Brook Cullimore & Cody Cullimore.  Lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law Jean Griffiths of Port Dover and by nieces, nephews & extended family.  Predeceased by her brother Bob Griffiths.  A private funeral, “by invitation only” will be held with Pastor Ron Mullin officiating.  Interment:  Oakwood Cemetery, Simcoe.  The JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe N3Y 3R3 in care of arrangements.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Marilyn are asked to consider the Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer’s Society of H-N.  Donations may be mailed to the Jason Smith Funeral Chapel.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
