VILLENEUVE, Vern Albert – passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Monday, January 10th, 2022 in his 75th year.  Beloved husband of Marion Villeneuve (nee Young) of Simcoe.  Loving father & grandfather of Cassandra Avis (Richard) of Foothills, AB, their daughters Alyssa & Nicole;  and Mathieu Villeneuve (Bobbi-Jo) of Caledonia, their children Damon & Charlee.  Vern will be lovingly remembered by several nieces, nephews, extended family and many co-workers at Sharp Bus Lines.  Predeceased by his siblings Arthur (1963), John “Jack” (2018) and Daniel (1999).  Private arrangements entrusted to the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North  Simcoe N3Y 3R3.  A private family gathering will be held at a later date once covid restrictions have been lifted.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Vern are asked to consider a charity of one’s choice and may be mailed to the funeral home.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
