SNIVELY, Helena Elizabeth (nee Puddy) “Betty” – promoted to the loving arms of her Lord & Saviour at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Thursday, November 18th, 2021 in her 91st year.  Beloved wife of the late Reginald Snively (2001).  Loving mother of Lois Burkholder (late Lawrence) of Gormley, Lyall Snively (Wendy) of Sarnia, Dave Snively (Sheryl) of Simcoe and Lori Bakker (Tony) of Waterford.  Cherished grandmother & great grandmother of Ed (Glenna), children Dylan & Maddie;  Phil (Carly), children Avery & Jackson;  Steve (Stef), sons Sawyer, Weston & Eli; Heather (Cory), children Lizzy, Lucas & Abby;  Jon (Erin); Charles (Rachel), children Adah, Sadie, Winston & Henry;  Calvin (Amanda), sons Timmy & Toby;  Carrie (Chris), son Theo.  Lovingly remembered by her brother George Puddy of Michigan and by several nieces, nephews & extended family.  Predeceased by her siblings Ruth McVety, Robert, Frank & Bill Puddy.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Betty with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe N3Y 3R3 for visitation on Monday, November 22nd, 2021 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  (Face Masks & Social Distancing Mandatory)  A private family interment will be held prior to the funeral service at Greenwood Cemetery, Waterford.  Betty’s memorial service will follow from Bethel Baptist Church, Hwy #3 East Simcoe on Tuesday morning at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Al Feere officiating.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Betty are asked to consider Bethel Baptist Church Mission Fund or Our Daily Bread Ministries.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
