Death Notices

FOREMAN, James Albert “Jim” – passed away at the Dover Cliffs Long Term Care, Port Dover on Tuesday, October 19th, 2021 in his 81st year.  Loving father of Lynn VanDamme (Rick) of Simcoe, Darcy Foreman (Bernie) of Delhi, Barb Calliauw of BC, Cassie Foreman and Kimberly Foreman, both of Woodstock.  Jim will be lovingly remembered by many grandchildren & great grandchildren.  Sadly missed by his brothers Carl Booker (Deb) & Ivan Booker Jr. (Gwen), all of Delhi.  A private family graveside service will be held at the Delhi Cemetery at a later date.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Jim are asked to consider the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation.  Donations may be mailed to the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe N3Y 3R3.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com  (519) 426-0199
