FESS, Margaret Joyce “Marg” (nee Snider) 1933-2021 - passed away peacefully into the arms of her Lord, with her family by her side at Parkview Meadows, Townsend on Friday, October 1st, 2021 at the age of 87.  She leaves behind her loving husband Bruce; married 67 years.  Loving mother to Garry (Judy), Gloria Harper (Rick) & Greg.  She was always happiest surrounded by her grandchildren & great grandchildren, Andrew (Heather), their children Ava, Judah, Levi & Jonas;  Michael (Laura), their children Ellis & Hewitt;  Daniel (fiancé Robin) , Laura Young (Doug), children Harrison & Eliot;  Gerald Fess; Sam Fess & Katelyn Harper.  Beloved daughter of the late Harold and Gladys Snider;  and sister to the late Doris Lorimer.  Marg will be greatly missed by her niece and nephews and their families.  Marg was active in the churches they attended.  Marg loved to entertain family and friends at home, at the cottage and at their Florida home.  Bruce and Marg loved to travel and have seen many parts of the world. Her family and friends have been blessed with many of her beautiful quilts and paintings and other crafts through the years.  She was always baking a pie for someone.  A special thank you to the wonderful nurses, PSWs, and staff, Dr. Medve and nurse practioner Lisa Deonarine at Parkview Meadows, Townsend - Gardenview for their love and caregiving to Marg.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Marg with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe N3Y 3R3 for visitation on Monday, October 4th, 2021 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. (masks & social distancing required).  A funeral service will be held at Emmanuel Bible Church, 24 Churchill Circle, Simcoe on Tuesday morning at 11:00 a.m. (registration will be taken at the door).  Interment:  Rainham White Church Cemetery, Fisherville.  In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to Teen Challenge, The Gideons, or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
