AELTERMAN, Hector Joseph – passed away at the Cedarwood Village Nursing Home, Simcoe on Saturday, September 11th, 2021 in his 90th year.  Beloved husband of the late Marion (nee Ratz) Aelterman (2012).  Loving father of Brian Aelterman (Mimi) of Bright’s Grove and Larry Aelterman (Debbie) of Delhi.  Cherished grandfather & great grandfather of Sara Aelterman-Rodriguez (Alberto), Laura Renner (Andrew), their children Marcus & Holden; Erika Aelterman and Andrew Aelterman.  Lovingly remembered by Marion’s brother Joseph Ratz (Dagmar).  Predeceased by siblings, the late Agusta Feys and Gilbert Aelterman.  Hector was a lifetime and proud member of the Who Did It Club.  A private family graveside service will be held at Oakwood Cemetery, Simcoe.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Hector are asked to consider the Alzheimer’s Society of H-N or the Who Did It Club.  Donations may be mailed to the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North  Simcoe N3Y 3R3.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
