ADDISON, Coral Ann (nee Barber) – passed away at the Norview Lodge, Simcoe on Tuesday, March 30th, 2021 in her 79th year.  Beloved spouse of Albert Ashby of Waterford.  Loving mother of Scott Addison (Cindy) of St. Williams and Brian Addison of Walsh.  Cherished grandmother & great grandmother of Stacey, her children Bella, Sophia & the late Luca;  Ryan, his son Carson;  Mindy; Jason; Bob and Brittany.  Coral will be lovingly remembered by Albert’s children Lisa (Jeff), Lona (Jake), all of Brantford, Sheri (Gary) of Scotland and Michelle (Ben) of Paris.  Sadly missed by her sister-in-law Shirley Barber of Barry’s Bay.  Predeceased by her sister Clara Earls (late Ross) and by her brother Clayton Barber.  Coral was a Registered Nurse completing her training Brantford.  She was employed at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe as a nursing supervisor, finishing her career as an occupational nurse.  Coral loved to garden; and her and Albert spent 40+ wonderful years together spending much of their time travelling.  Due to covid restrictions, a private family service will be held with interment of ashes at Walsh United Cemetery.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Coral are asked to consider the Norview Lodge.  Cheques payable to “Norfolk County” may be mailed to the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe N3Y 3R3.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com  (519) 426-0199
