VANDERKOOY, Gregory Allan (1995-2021) – passed away suddenly at his home on Saturday, March 27th, 2021 in his 27th year.  Cherished spouse of Tatianna Payne of St. Thomas.  Loving son of Senja Salo of Huntsville and Rick Vanderkooy (Shirley) of Ingersoll.  Proud grandson of Jean Kibalenko (late Joseph) of Huntsville and Simon & Ina Vanderkooy of St. Thomas.  Dear brother of Branden Vanderkooy (Amanda) of Paris, Nicole Salo (Dillan Maki) of Sprucedale and Anna Sheeley (Travis Dunnigan) of Ottawa.  Sadly missed by his step siblings Megan DeVries (Peter Epler) of Woodstock and Curtis DeVries (Samantha) of Guelph.  Greg will be lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.  A private visitation will be held at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe, ON  N3Y 3R3.  A private funeral service will take place at the Maranatha Christian Reformed Church, Woodstock.  Cremation to follow.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Greg are asked to consider the Cambridge Lions Football Club.  Donations may be mailed to the funeral home.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com  (519) 426-0199
