Death Notices

LAVIGNE, M. A. Carol - passed away at her home in Simcoe on Thursday, October 1st, 2020 in her 63rd year.  Loving mother & grandmother of Mark Lavigne (Jaime) of Delhi, daughter Jadyn;  Wendy Goosen (Dave) of Thamesville, children Cadence, Brooklyn, Jase & Riley;  and Nicholas Popplewell of Blenheim.  Carol will be sadly missed by her siblings Helen Sinden (Dale) of Walsh, JC Lavigne (Kathy) of Nixon, Jack Lavigne of Simcoe, Robert Lavigne of Alexandria and by her dear friend of many years, Yvonne Stratford of Simcoe.  Carol will also be sadly missed by her step-siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.  Predeceased by several siblings.  A private family memorial service will be held at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North, Simcoe.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Carol are asked to consider the Simcoe & District Humane Society.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com (519) 426-0199
