PALMER, M. Denis - passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Monday, September 21st, 2020 in his 63rd year.  Dear son of Kye Palmer (late Therese) of Haileybury.  Loving father & grandfather of Leah Palmer (Greg Palin) of Vancouver and Darcy Palmer (Kirby) of Port Elgin, their children Jack & Parker.  Denis will be sadly missed by his siblings Suzanne Henderson (Cliff) of Colborne & Paul Palmer of Huntsville.  A Celebration of Life will take place at The Pines in Port Elgin on Saturday October 3rd, 2020 from 3:00-6:00 p.m.  This will be an outdoor tribute and guests are encouraged to “come and go.” To ensure we are following the latest COVID-19 guidelines, please call or text Kirby Palmer at 226-930-0450 to book a time, and provide your phone number.
