MILLS, Vera Jean (nee Smith) 1929-2020 - passed away at her home in Simcoe on Monday, June 8th, 2020 in her 92nd year.  Beloved wife of the late Rupert Mills (2012).  Loving mother & grandmother of Gary Mills (Cristina) of Simcoe, daughter Lily;  Glenn Mills (Sandy) of BC, daughter Megan; and David Mills (Catherine) of London, children Brendan & Allison.  Vera will be sadly missed by her siblings Marion Buick (late Tom) of Simcoe, Wesley Smith (late Eileen) of Florida and Gordon Smith (Joanne) of Burlington.  Predeceased by her sister Madeline Edge (2018).  Due to the restrictions of the covid19 outbreak, a private visitation & service will be held at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe N3Y 3R3.  Pastor Ron Mullin will officiate.  Interment:  Oakwood Cemetery, Simcoe.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Vera are asked to consider the Canadian Cancer Society.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com  (519) 426-0199
