ALMEIDA, Isabel Maria (nee DeMelo) - passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Friday, June 5th, 2020 in her 86th year.  Dearly loved mother of Lucia Mereweather (Jeff) of Port Dover, Gil Almeida (Donna), John Almeida, Paulo Almeida (fiancée Amelia), all of Simcoe and Isabel Cronk (Kyle) of Sparta.  Cherished grandmother & great grandmother of Krystle, Jennifer (Jason), Steven (Sue), children Hayden & Hazel;  Jason Mendes, son Dominic, Christina Almeida, daughter Skyla;  Joshua Almeida and Savanna Cronk.  Isabel will be sadly missed by her partner Adelino Souza of Simcoe and by nieces, nephews & extended family in Portugal.  Due to restrictions of the covid19 outbreak, a private family visitation & service will be held at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe N3Y 3R3.  Rev. Fr.
