COUSINEAU, Gertrude Elisabeth “Trudy” (nee Wognum) 1924-2020 – passed away at the Park Lane Terrace, Paris on Tuesday, May 12th, 2020 in her 96th year.  Beloved wife of the late J. “Fred” Cousineau (2005).  Loving mother of Henri Cousineau of Mississauga, Fred (Pat) of Morriston, John (Deb) of Sarnia, Bob (Ruth Ann) of Scarborough, Mary Cousineau of Brantford and Ken (Shelley) of Simcoe.  Cherished grandmother & great grandmother of Christy Deveaux (Steve), children Freddy, Ella & James;  Rob (Jessica), children Boden & Mila;  Ryan (Allie);  Michelle Wall (George); Bret (Johanna), children Kylie, Sean, Libby, Courtney & Beaux;  Shannon Rodgerson (Patrick), children Ellie, Mack & Zoey;  Shane (Rachel), son Emmett; Greg Stackhouse (Nicole), children Karli & Alex;  Mike Stackhouse (Jenn), daughters Leah & Hazel;  Jessica Koopman (Nick), children Julian & Winston;  and Alyssa Cousineau (Dane Pierog).  Lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law Gwen Hill and family of Edmonton.  Predeceased by siblings Trees Wattez (Dave), Co Wognum (Hannie) & Bob Wognum (Ans).  Trudy was a lifetime member of the Catholic Women’s League and over several years donated 100+ hand knitted and crocheted hats to The Wish Closet in Brantford.  Due to the restrictions of the covid19 outbreak, a private visitation & service will be held at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe.  Rev. Fr.
