Da CONCEICAO, Joaquina (1925-2020) – passed away at the Dover Cliffs Long Term Care Home on Sunday, May 3rd, 2020 in her 95th year.  Beloved wife of the late Jose Luis.  Loving mother of Pompeu Luis (Piedade) of Simcoe.  Cherished grandmother & great grandmother of Filipe Luis (Rachel) of Bowanville, their children Grace & Everly;  and Alexandre Luis (Kelly) of Waterford, son Zayden.  Due to restrictions of the covid19 outbreak, a private family visitation & service will be held at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe.  Pastor Ron Mullin and Rev. Fr.
