MAXWELL, Iris Phyllis (nee Armstrong) 1933 - 2020 – passed away peacefully, at the Norview Lodge, Simcoe on Monday, March 2nd, 2020 in her 88th year.  Loving mother of Clay Maxwell, Danny Maxwell (Cathy), the late Brad Maxwell, Cheryl Pollock (Brian), Shayne Maxwell, Heather Maxwell (Omar) and Rebecca Wiebe (Gerry).  Lovingly remembered by many grandchildren, great children and by her sister-in-law Elsa Armstrong (late Lawrence).  Predeceased by siblings Marion Austin, Marguerite Yzerman, Stewart, Robert & William Armstrong.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Iris with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe during visitation on Thursday, March 5th, 2020 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  A private family funeral will be held at a later date.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Iris are asked to consider Extreme Response Canada or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com  (519) 426-0199
