BOYLE, Joan Elizabeth (nee Steen) - surrounded by her loving family at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Monday, January 13th, 2020 in her 82nd year.  Cherished wife of Brendan Boyle of Port Dover.  Loving mother & grandmother of Mark Boyle (Sally) of Tillsonburg, their children Aidan & Emma;  Lesa Winsor (Gerry) of St. Johns, Newfoundland, their daughter Samantha;  and Geoff Boyle of Port Dover, his children Brendan & Hailey.  Cherished great grandmother of Sophia & Jax.  Lovingly remembered by her brother Gary Steen (Barbara) of England and by several nieces, nephews and extended family.  Predeceased by her brother Derek Steen.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Joan with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Thursday, January 16th, 2020 from 2 - 4 & 6 – 7 p.m.  A memorial service will follow visitation in the chapel at 7:00 p.m. with Deacon Dave Callaghan officiating.  Interment of ashes at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, those wishing to donate in memory of Joan are asked to consider the Cancer Support & Resource Program.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com  (519) 426-0199
