BENNETT, James William “Jim” (1927 - 2019) – into the arms of Jesus, surrounded by his loving family at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Tuesday, January 22nd, 2019 in his 92nd year.  Beloved husband of the late Barbara Bennett (nee Smith -2018).  Loving father of Paul Bennett (Debbie), Mark Bennett; and Dave Bennett (Kimberley), all of Simcoe.  Loving grandfather & great grandfather of Scott Bennett (Kerri King), their children Jaxon, Hudson & Mason;  Holly Bennett-Gruener (Karl Gruener), children Evan & Keaton;  Grace Bennett, Ruth Bennett & Maridyn Bennett.  Predeceased by his sisters Iris Cooke (late Sidney), Gladys Irvine (late James) and Elsie Saunders (late Derek).  Friends are invited to share their memories of Jim with his family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. N.
