Death Notices

MORRIS, Ernest James “Jimmy” – surrounded by loving family at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Sunday, January 13th, 2019 in his 90th year.  Beloved husband of Ada Morris (nee LaPointe) of Simcoe.  Loving father of Sandra Hudgin (Ted) of St. George, Blaine Morris (Susan) of South Porcupine, Elwin Morris (Lynn), Donna Heudes (Dwayne), Larry Morris (Jenny), Brenda Prohl (Stan), all of Alberta.  Jimmy will be lovingly remembered by Ada’s children, Rena Papanicolaou (Nick) of Scarborough and Reil Marcoux of Toronto.  Predeceased by Ada’s children Dorland Marcoux (2017) and Donna Marcoux (1999).  Ernest will be sadly missed by his sister Dorothy Anders of Alberta and by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family.  A spring memorial service & interment will be held in Sudbury.  The JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North, Simcoe in care of arrangements.  Personal online condolences at www.smithfuneralchapel.com  (519) 426-0199
