KONOPKA, George “Harry” (1922 - 2018) – passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Monday, June 4th, 2018 in his 96th year.  Beloved husband of the late Hilda (2011).  Loving brother of Anna Shutko, Julia Bohiyczk, Stefa Hichak & Katrina Kalenobska, all of the Ukraine.  Harry will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews & extended family in the Ukraine and by his church family at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Simcoe.  Friends are invited to share their memories of Harry with his family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Thursday, June 7th, 2018 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  Harry’s funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday morning at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Emmanuel Perera officiating.  Interment:  Oakwood Cemetery, Simcoe.  Those wishing to donate in memory of Harry are asked to consider A.D.R.A.
